50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions during in-home showroom visits across our service area. You will leverage pre-qualified leads, upsell when appropriate, and coordinate financing options to close contracts.

This commission-based role offers strong earning potential, with full product training and advertising support. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales or customer service, a reliable vehicle and insurance, and

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Reliable automobile and auto insurance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Available 8am–8pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from home.
Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
