50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to transform customers’ homes with expert flooring advice. You will guide selections, leverage pre-qualified leads, and close deals in a no cold-calling environment. Travel up to 85 miles and participate in monthly meetings to stay informed on products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related field experience.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Reliable automobile and auto insurance.
• Ability to work 8am–8pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
