Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Hutto is seeking an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to meet clients at their homes, present options, and close deals using our sales system on a tablet and laptop.

You will coordinate installations, build relationships, and pursue a six-figure income through base pay plus commissions. Flexible full-time hours include evenings and weekends, with top performers earning $100k+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in-home or outside, with proven closes and client management.
• Ability to operate a tablet/laptop and sales software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects.
• Use the sales system and devices to manage leads and close sales.
• Serve as primary contact for flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules with the Office Manager and Install Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build referrals through relationships.
• Develop lasting client relationships and expand referral sources.
