Job summary

Floor Coverings International is seeking an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate in Texas to engage clients at their homes, guide flooring selections, and coordinate installation with the team. This role combines field sales with design consultation, offering a path to a six-figure income through commissions.

You will visit homeowners during evenings and weekends, build relationships, and use our tablet-based sales system to close projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales.
• Strong drive to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in homes to discuss flooring projects.
• Utilize our sales system with tablet, laptop, and software.
• Serve as the primary contact for all flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communicate with the Office Manager.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with Install Manager for smooth project execution.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources.
