Job summary

Floor Coverings International is seeking an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to discuss client projects in homes, manage the sales process using a tablet and software, and serve as the primary liaison for flooring inquiries. You’ll coordinate installations and build lasting customer relationships while supporting a high-growth, family-oriented team.

Applicants should have 3–5+ years in sales, a drive to achieve, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
• Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager for smooth project execution.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
