Job summary
Floor Coverings International Winter Garden seeks a results‑driven Design Associate to lead in‑home flooring consultations. You will meet clients, present quotes, and use our software to drive the sales process. Independence, organization, and strong communication are essential for success.
The role offers a full‑time schedule, paid training, and opportunities to advance as the company expands its North American footprint.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in-home and/or outside sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must be self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Act as single point of contact for flooring service requests.
- Visit client homes to discuss projects and present quotes.
- Use devices/software to follow the sales process.
- Coordinate installation timing with Office/Project Manager.
- Assist with product ordering and customer communications.
- Generate referrals and follow up on completed jobs.
- Attend team and sales meetings and meet performance targets.
