50Floor is seeking a driven Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions during in-home showroom visits. You will leverage pre-qualified leads and a proven sales process to close deals, with support from marketing to optimize outcomes.

In this role you’ll travel up to 85 miles, coordinate financing options, collect initial payments, and collaborate with leadership to improve selling strategies. A base on commission structure supports earnings growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel and achieve.
• Healthcare coverage including Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance.
• Immediate commission with weekly minimum salary as you build your base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party preferred financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
