Job summary

50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions and bringing their visions to life. You will conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home, and leverage pre-qualified leads provided by our robust marketing efforts to close deals.

As a commission-based role with benefits, you’ll receive comprehensive product training, extensive advertising support, and a high-earning potential with an average closing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Reliable automobile and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work from 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to excel.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home showroom experiences up to 85 miles from home.
• Advise customers on flooring options tailored to their needs.
• Present financing options to qualified buyers.
• Collect initial payments on executed contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in your territory.
• Attend monthly sales meetings to stay updated on products.
