Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences and close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery. Earn between $60,300 and $100,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commissions, with top performers reaching the upper end of the range.

Expect paid training, daily customer engagements, and a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check, drug screen, criminal history, and motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities
