Job summary

AT&T in the United States is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences. You’ll meet customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, provide Wi‑Fi assessments, and close deals with hands-on demos. Earn between $60,300 and $100,000 including salary and uncapped commissions.

Starting pay depends on geography and experience; top earners can reach six figures. You’ll work independently in the field with paid training, a company vehicle, and a schedule

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, delivering personalized in-home sales interactions.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• You’ll connect with customers daily through scheduled appointments and engage warm prospects effectively.
