Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across California. You’ll meet clients at scheduled appointments, demonstrate latest technology, and close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

Expect uncapped commissions and strong earning potential for top performers. You’ll need 1+ years in commission/outside sales, solid negotiation and verbal skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license - company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check incl. drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record required.
