AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in California to deliver customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. You will be joining an elite team with uncapped commission potential, where top earners can reach six figures.

We start with paid training and provide scheduled appointments to meet warm prospects. You’ll negotiate, communicate effectively, and drive sales, with a company vehicle and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
