Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences, demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and seamless tech delivery. You will work independently on scheduled appointments, closing deals and upselling services while earning uncapped commissions.

Expect a starting salary range from $60,300 to $100,000, with top performers earning toward the upper end and potential for growth through training and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled appointments and deliver in-home demos
• Conduct hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions
• Close deals and offer services to customers
• Build rapport and negotiate to achieve sales targets
• Engage with customers daily and manage follow-ups
