New reps earn $60,300–$100,000 including salary and uncapped commissions, with top performers achieving $100k+.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through scheduled appointments and in-home visits.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
