AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Glendale and surrounding AZ cities. You will work in the field, meeting customers at scheduled appointments, delivering hands-on demonstrations and modern connectivity solutions.

You will be responsible for driving sales, building rapport, and achieving targets with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and product knowledge. Training, a company vehicle, and a competitive compensation plan are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong upselling and customer value enhancement skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the field with scheduled appointments and hands-on demos.
• Close deals by presenting products and services, including Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery.
• Provide issue resolution and ongoing support to keep customers connected.
