Job summary

AT&T in Arizona is seeking Field Sales Representatives to work in customers' homes, delivering personalized demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments and tech delivery while driving sales goals. You will participate in paid training and operate with a company vehicle for official business use.

Weekly hours average around 40, with flexible scheduling to meet customers. You'll connect with customers daily, use strong negotiation and communication skills, and pursue upsell opportunities to maximize value

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Face and voice of AT&T to customers in the field, delivering personalized sales interactions.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Engage with customers through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
