Job summary

AT&T Field Sales Representatives are tasked with delivering personalized in-home experiences and closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery. You will work in the field, engaging customers at scheduled appointments, and building rapport with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Close the deal by delivering hands-on demos and tech delivery at customer appointments
• Engage with warm prospects through scheduled visits and provide personalized solutions
• Drive sales targets with strong negotiation and communication skills and maintain customer connections during the sales cycle
