Job summary

AT&T Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. You’ll connect with customers, deliver hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments to showcase our latest technology and services, while pursuing ambitious sales goals with uncapped commissions.

With 1+ years of commission/outside sales, strong negotiation and verbal skills, and a valid driver’s license, you’ll work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions and close deals with hands-on demos.
