Job summary

AT&T Field Sales Representatives visit customers at home to present tailored products and services. You’ll close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and strong negotiation, with uncapped commission potential and top earners reaching six figures.

Training starts with paid onboarding and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy. You’ll work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends, drive a company vehicle, and must pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and upselling where applicable.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license; company vehicle provided.
