Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove experiences in customers' homes in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. You will work independently, closing deals through hands-on demos and service evaluations, with uncapped commissions and a solid base for strong performers.

Expect paid training, daily customer contact, and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required as company vehicles are provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
