Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences. You will work in the field with scheduled appointments and uncapped commission potential, aiming to achieve sales goals across AT&T's latest technology and services.

You will be the face of AT&T, closing deals with hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, and seamless tech delivery while building lasting customer relationships in the Texas market. A paid training program and a company vehicle are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for business use.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and motor vehicle record acceptable.
