AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized in-home sales experiences in Augusta, GA. You will conduct hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery to keep customers connected, while meeting sales targets.

The role emphasizes outbound field work, scheduling, and ongoing coaching. You’ll work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, with uncapped commission potential and company vehicle support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license — we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Connect with existing customers daily and engage with warm prospects through scheduled appointments.
• Use strong negotiation and communications skills to make a smooth pivot and secure the sale.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy and goal-oriented.
• Drive to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
