Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services for up to 180 days with approved extensions up to 270 days total.
• Serve Berrien and Van Buren Counties.
• Engage families using Motivational Interviewing to assess strengths, needs, culture, and values.
• Complete MDHHS and MFT documentation within established timeframes.
• Coordinate housing, transportation, employment, education, benefits, and other supports.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
• Travel using a personal vehicle as needed.
• Maintain flexible schedules to meet client needs and crisis intervention.
