Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or education required.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience and in process to obtain bachelor’s within 6 months.
• Experience with families and children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-home services under the MFT contract.
• Maintains face-to-face contact with families as scheduled.
• Completes MDHHS and MFT documentation on time.
• Uses Motivational Interviewing to build rapport and assess needs.
• Collaborates with other service providers and case managers.
