Qualificações

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or education.
• Experience in in-home family services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides in-home services for up to 180 days, with extensions up to 270 days.
• Maintains face-to-face contact with families according to contract.
• Uses Motivational Interviewing to build rapport and assess needs.
• Assists families in accessing housing, transportation, employment, education, benefits, and other resources.
• Creates safety plans and coordinates with MDHHS and service providers.
