Job summary

Catholic Charities West Michigan (CCWM) is seeking an MiFamily Together Advocate to deliver in-home services across Benzie, Manistee, and Mason counties. The role supports families within a two-gen framework, with up to 180 days of service and approved extensions up to 270 days.

Wage up to $47,715.20 annually, depending on experience, and requires transportation and a valid driver’s license. CCWM is a community-based agency offering family preservation, behavioral health, and child welfare

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in human services or education is required.
• Experience with families and children 0-18 is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services under MFT contract.
• Maintain face-to-face contact with families as scheduled.
• Complete MDHHS and MFT documentation on time.
• Engage families using Motivational Interviewing to build rapport.
• Refer caregivers and children to additional services as needed.
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs and crisis intervention.
