Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-home, strength-based and solution-focused counseling to families referred by DHS.
• Develops service plans in collaboration with the referring worker and other providers.
• Meets contract expectations for number of families served and provides family therapy contact.
• Completes necessary documentation and follow-ups after case closure.
• Participates in supervision, training and other required meetings.
