Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field is required.
• Experience with youth and families in relevant settings preferred.
• Infant mental health endorsement preferred.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships and work with diverse families.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home visitation services to enrolled participants for up to five years.
• Administer screening tools (ASQ/ASQ-SE, Depression Screens) and refer families to services.
• Develop and monitor Family Service Plans with family-centered, strength-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to monthly/quarterly reports.
