Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or related field preferred.
• Preference for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates.
• Must have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct home visits lasting at least an hour as part of intensive family services.
• Maintain regular contact with families and develop a Family Service Plan.
• Provide parent education using established curricula and link families to community resources.
• Document all family interactions in the program database and coordinate with supervisors.
• Attend trainings and participate in team meetings as required.
