Job summary

Centerstone in Lawrenceburg, TN seeks a Family Service Specialist to provide in-home services to families in the service area, with occasional travel across Wayne/Lawrence County. Regular visits focus on building a trusting relationship, promoting child development, and strengthening family well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of infant and child development; sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular in-home family support, up to five years, visiting homes for about an hour.
• Administer or assist with assessments (FROG Scale, ASQ, ASQ-SE, Depression Screens).
• Develop and monitor Family Service Plans, track progress and outcomes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual statistics and maintain accurate records.
