Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any human services or education field.
• Experience working with families and children 0–18.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must submit to agency background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home services for up to 180 days, with approved extensions up to 270 days total.
• Engage families using the 2Gen framework and Motivational Interviewing to build rapport and assess needs.
• Provide direct services to strengthen family wellbeing and address safety plans.
• Make appropriate referrals for housing, transportation, employment, education, benefits, and other needs.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony when requested.
• Complete MDHHS and MFT documentation within required timeframes.
• Maintain flexible schedules to meet families’ needs, including evenings and weekends.
