The role requires travel within Cumberland County, occasional evenings/weekends, and participation in annual state events. Strong documentation and collaboration with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse families.
• Knowledge of infant and child development; openness to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular, long‑term contact with families, primarily in home visits lasting about an hour.
• Use family-centered, strength‑based interventions to support parent‑child relationships and family well‑being.
• Collaborate with families and acknowledge diverse family structures and parenting practices.
• Administer tools such as FROG scale and relevant screenings, refer to supportive services.
• Assist in establishing Family Service Plans and track progress with required reports.
• Maintain accurate records (GGK curriculum, HFA data) and participate in required trainings.
• Deliver GGK curriculum and HFA strategies to enrollees through weekly home visits.
• Provide case management and attend mandatory meetings.
