Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking Family Intervention Specialists to deliver Intercept in the family's home, keeping children safely with their families and coordinating care across agencies. The role involves 4–6 caseload, three weekly sessions, and travel to families.

A Bachelor's in a social services discipline is required; a Master's is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to work non-traditional hours, and competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline required.
• Master's degree in social services preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Holds 4–6 family caseloads with weekly individual and family sessions.
• Conducts ongoing youth assessments using a strength-based approach.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development and clinical supervision.
• Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families in homes and communities.
• Collaborates with providers, case workers, and courts to plan treatment.
• Provides on-call crisis support and completes EMR documentation.
