Job summary

Youth Villages, Inc. is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to support at‑risk youth and families in a home-based setting. You will manage a caseload, conduct multiple weekly sessions, and collaborate with courts and providers to create tailored treatment plans.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, driving to families, and maintaining detailed EMR documentation to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is preferred.
• Experience with at-risk youth and/or families is preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and details.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Performs ongoing assessment from a strength-based perspective.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development.
• Drives to meet with families in homes and communities.
• Collaborates with providers to plan treatment.
• Provides on-call crisis support when needed.
• Documents accurately in EMR.
