Job summary

HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC is seeking a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Therapist in North Carolina. In this role, you will provide evidence-based services in the homes of children and families, guiding them through impactful therapy and support.

The FCT Therapist will develop individualized Service Plans with families and coordinate care with community partners for integrated support. A Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work and provisional licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Must have provisional/associate license (e.g., LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA).
• Experience serving children and adolescents with primary mental health diagnosis.
• Current FCT Certification is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Family Centered Treatment services in home and community settings.
• Guide children and families through the four phases of the FCT model.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
