Justice Resource Institute Inc. seeks a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Clinician in Yarmouth, MA.

You will deliver intensive family therapy and crisis intervention to youth with complex needs, working within a multidisciplinary team to strengthen family supports and prevent higher-level placements. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, evidence-based interventions, and collaboration with schools and medical providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health field, licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Proven ability to form therapeutic relationships with diverse populations
• Must have daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
• Knowledge of or ability to learn electronic medical record software and basic computer functions

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive family therapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning and assessments
• Design and deliver focused, evidence-based interventions to strengthen family dynamics
• Serve as a vital member of a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Develop a structured, strength-based therapeutic relationship with youth and families
• Provide trauma-informed, confidential clinical services to guide care for youth
• Provide consultation to schools and medical providers to support youth navigation
