Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers in Massachusetts seeks a FIT Senior Clinician to oversee Family-Based Intensive Treatment services for youth under 21. You will supervise clinicians, guide treatment planning, and ensure CBHI standards are met in home and community settings.

This role requires a Master’s in social work or related field, licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LADC 1), and experience supervising staff, with a focus on trauma-informed, family-centered care and collaboration with schools and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health, or related field.
• Licensure in clinical field (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC 1).
• Experience supervising others preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to FIT clinicians and staff.
• Oversee FIT referrals, assign cases, monitor service delivery and outcomes.
• Review clinical assessments and treatment plans for quality and CBHI alignment.
• Facilitate weekly supervision and staff meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely documentation in the program’s eHR per guidelines.
• Engage with families, CBHI services, schools, and providers for coordinated care.
