Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a FIT Senior Clinician to oversee Family-Based Intensive Treatment services for youth under CBHI, guiding clinicians and staff in delivering high-quality, family-centered care.

You will supervise, coach, and mentor FIT clinicians, participate in case consultations, and maintain timely documentation while supporting crisis intervention and community-based treatment in Somerville, MA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health, or related discipline.
• Licensure in clinical field (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC LMFT, LADC 1).
• Experience supervising others preferred.
• Fluency in a second language (eg. Spanish, Haitian Creole) is a plus.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices for intensive family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FIT specific referrals and assignments.
• Monitor documentation compliance and service delivery outcomes.
• Review and approve clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to FIT clinicians and staff.
• Carry a caseload of 1-3 clients and conduct Wrap Rounds.
• Coordinate with CBHI services, schools, and providers to ensure coordinated care.
