Window World is seeking in-home sales consultants as independent contractors. Consultants conduct 2-3 in-home presentations daily, presenting exterior remodeling products and tailored solutions. They perform on-site measurements, prepare estimates, and present proposals to secure signed contracts at the first appointment.

Positions are flexible between Full-time or Part-time, travel to customer homes is required, and compensation is performance-based with substantial earning potential.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 15 pounds.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and people skills with follow-up.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and persistent.
• Basic math and measuring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to and from company-generated and pre-scheduled home visits.
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and a positive demeanor.
• Demonstrate products and deliver quotes in the home.
• Answer questions about products, prices, financing terms, and close the sale on the first appointment.
• Measure for products and prepare contract documents and scope of work.
• Coordinate with customer service to uphold high service standards.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
