Job summary

Window World Design Consultants conducts 2-3 in-home sales presentations daily, presenting exterior remodeling products and solutions tailored to each homeowner’s project. The role includes on-site measuring to develop estimates for written proposals and aims to secure contracts during consultations.

Sales consultants will utilize company sales methodologies, using product samples and sales aids to demonstrate features and benefits, with scheduling flexibility and performance-based pay

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and persistent in a field-based role.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as part of in-home demonstrations.
• Basic math and measuring skills for on-site quotes and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from company-generated and pre-scheduled home visits.
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and a professional demeanor.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver custom quotes in the home.
• Answer questions about products, financing, and installation terms; close at first appointment when possible.
• Measure for products and prepare detailed scope of work and materials for proposals.
• Coordinate with customer service to maintain high service standards.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
