Job summary

3 Day Blinds seeks a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision. You’ll have company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential in a full-time role.

In this field-based position, you’ll manage your schedule, travel locally within your territory, and build your business through referrals. Average earnings range from $70K to $100K+ with top performers exceeding that.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping clients make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate additional business through referrals and networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
