3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments. We hire Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, tailored solutions, and guide them to confident purchase decisions in a single visit.

You'll join a sales-driven role with company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential; the territory is your office as you travel locally and build a high-impact career.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service or retail are a good fit.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Territory is your office and you will travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and suggest custom window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
