Job summary

3 Day Blinds is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions. You'll use company-provided appointments and receive three weeks of paid training to start a high-growth career in a national brand.

You'll have uncapped earning potential with commissions, a tablet and product samples provided, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. The territory is your office, with local travel and schedule control.

Qualifications

• Must be a people person with strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive for uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple home visits.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day and additional weekdays.
• Reliable transportation to cover a local territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver a superior client experience from first visit to installation.
