Job summary

Luxury Bath is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to join a high-performance team. You will meet with homeowners at their homes, present bath remodeling solutions, and close sales during the consultation when possible.

This role offers pre-qualified appointments, strong marketing support, paid training, and uncapped commissions with earning potential ranging from six figures annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home, outside, or high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage appointments and customer information.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Understand remodeling goals, needs, and budget.
• Recommend the right bath remodeling solution.
• Present product options, pricing, and design recommendations.
