Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is seeking a high-performing In-Home Design Consultant with a track record in selling bath, kitchen, windows, or other residential remodeling products. The role offers a clear path from Sales Consultant to Sales Manager and a lucrative commission potential.

You will meet with homeowners, design customized bath solutions, and guide them through design and purchasing, using our iPad-based system to present professional designs and pricing options.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales and closing high-value projects.
• Experience selling bath/kitchen/windows or other home remodeling products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Identify needs and propose customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Design and present projects using an iPad-based system.
• Present pricing and financing options and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and participate in weekly coaching.
• Develop skills to advance into leadership and sales management.
