West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Design Consultant in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for remodeling products and services.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in sales is preferred; candidates from retail/hospitality welcome.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.
• Bilingual Spanish/English applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Follow the monthly rotating schedule.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation— all leads are warm and pre-set.
