You'll work from a territory with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, including mileage reimbursement and full benefits.

No prior design experience is required; we train you to transform spaces and build a high‑impact career with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in home visits.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
