Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking energetic Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, assess needs, and design beautiful, custom window treatments. You’ll guide clients through the buying process, close sales on-site, and manage your own schedule with company-provided appointments and paid training.

With uncapped earning potential, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits, you can build a high-impact career in a national brand. Prior design experience isn’t required—we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who builds relationships and helps clients make confident decisions.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments weekly.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and local travel to assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes and understand needs.
• Recommend and design custom window treatments.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales on-site.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate more business through referrals and networking.
• Deliver a great experience from first visit to installation.
