3 Day Blinds (Sales) is seeking enthusiastic Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful window treatments, and guide them through a confident buying decision in a single visit.

You'll receive company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential with an average of $70K–$100K+, plus comprehensive benefits and tools to succeed in a nationwide brand.

Qualifications

• Natural people person with strong relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
