3 Day Blinds is seeking a Sales Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide buyers to decisions in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, you’ll build a high-impact career starting day one.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail are welcome.
• No prior design experience required— training provided.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Guide buyers through the decision process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule and follow-ups.
• Build referrals through local networking.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience from first visit to installation.
